Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling is calculated by weight per item and sent by national courier. Normal delivery times are 3-5 working days and on the very occasion can take up to 10 business days.

All items purchased from ALO Drink (UK) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Policy - Backorders
If your item is on backorder you can choose to change the item or cancel the order at any time.

If you ordered more than one item and only part of them is on backorder, we will almost always ship the in-stock items immediately. Backorders will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 28 days of purchase for a FULL CREDIT REFUND. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
